![]() Even if you don't paddle all the time, it sure requires being able to. The staff was super nice and there was a brief presentation of what to expect and signs to be aware of for everyone's safety. It was kind of a cloudy/rainy forecast so when we checked in they provided us with wristbands, rain ponchos and they have giant umbrellas in the quad cars in case it rains. We had a quad that sat our 4members plus our puppy. So we booked it while we were on camping trip which was an hour away. This has been on my bucket list for a while. I thought it was a little pricey, but otherwise a great experience that I recommend, especially to out of towners. The track starts in the middle of a train museum, so you are surrounded by old trains. Maybe 10 mins, then you're back on in the other direction. ![]() Some people even wandered down to the water. There is plenty of room on your "cart" with a basket to put stuff and an umbrella just in case. You are peddling for most of the ride, but it's not really that strenuous. I also recommend bringing a snack and something to drink. I recommend arriving a few minutes early. The staff is very professional and prompt. We grew up in the area, so the scenery wasn't new to us, but it certainly is a beautiful ride and area. My adult daughter and I booked a 1:30 weekday ride.
